Responsibilities

• The candidate will be required to cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld, or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products.
• The candidate will be required to have skills in forming and bending.
• The candidate is required to have experience in handling saws.
• The candidate is required to have experience in handling punch presses.
• The candidate is required to have experience in handling power presses.
• The candidate is required to have experience in handling overhead cranes.
• The candidate is required to have experience in handling lifting devices, hand tools, and drills.
• The candidate will be required to safety glasses/goggles.
• The work setting is a metal product fabrication industry.

Requirements

• • The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The candidate should have experience of at least 5 years or more.
  • The candidate should have a valid driver’s license.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
  • The candidate should have interpersonal awareness.
  • The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking which the candidate should be comfortable with.
  • The candidate should be also able to manage tight deadlines.
  • The candidate should be also able to work under pressure.
  • The candidate should be also able to handle repetitive tasks.
  • The candidate should be also able to handle heavy loads.
  • The work will be physically demanding and hence the candidate should be comfortable with it.
